The Power Soup- GM Diet
- Green Peppers- 2 pcs green
- Water -28 ounces
- Onion- 6 pcs
- Chopped celery and cabbage- mixed
- Tomatoes- 2 pcs
- Put water, tomatoes, green peppers and onions in a pot.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Add celery and cabbage mix.
- Put to simmer until it comes to boil and the vegetables soften.

Brown Rice with Moong Sprout
- Boiled brown rice- 1/2 cup
- Moong Sprouts: 1/2 cup
- Roasted peanuts- 3 tbsp
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp

- salt and chili powder for seasoning
- 3 tbsp chopped coriander,
- Mix all ingredients in a pan and mix well (except the lemon juice and salt).
- Add lemon juice and salt, toss well and serve
